General Information

 
Q. Do you accept orders for renewals?

A. Yes. We accept both new and renewal orders. There are a few magazines that are not available for renewals though, but they are the vast minority. Renewals are crucial as many customers already have subscriptions and will be looking to renew year after year.

Q. How long will it take for the customer's first subscription to arrive?

A. The industry standard is 1 to 4 months. Our average order starts within 6-10 weeks. Most of the publishers use mail processing centers which tabulate and process the millions of orders received, and they perform the actual sorting and mailing. That takes a lot of time. Additionally, most magazines are printed months in advance, and each printing is pre-allocated only to the amount of subscribers at the actual time of printing. Thus, an order received in January might actually commence in April. There is very little difference in the processing time whether one orders directly through the publisher, or through a subscription reseller, like MYClearingHouse.com. This delay time makes it very important that you submit all your orders once a week! As a general rule, daily subscriptions take 4 to 8 weeks to start, weekly subscriptions take 6 to 10 weeks to start, monthly subscriptions take 8 to 12 weeks to start and bi-monthly and quarterly subscriptions take 10 to 16 weeks to start.

Q. Do you offer international delivery?

A. We only offer subscriptions to US customers.

Q. Do you offer back issues to magazines?

A. We are unable to offer individual copies of magazines.

Q. Do you have any marketing material available?

A. We will provide you as much information as we can for the subscriptions we offer. We include descriptions with the magazine cost list and we post this information, along with magazine cover images in our Agent section of our site.

Ticketing Information

 
Q. My customer has not received their subscription. How do I find out about their order?

A. It takes orders 30 to 120 days to clear. If it has been over 12 weeks since you sent us the order, contact us and we will contact the appropriate agency to find more information about your order.

Q. Can I change a customer's address via MYClearingHouse.com, or do I need to contact the publishers?

A. You can change a customer's address by clicking "find order", typing the customer's last name, and then edit any information you'd like. We send all updates to publishers regularly.

Q. How do I cancel an order?

A. You can cancel an order by clicking "find order", typing the customer's last name, and then clicking cancel. ***Most subscriptions will not be refunded unless they are cancelled before they are sent off to the publishers.

Q. I have a specific question about an order what do I do or who do I contact?

A. Open a general inquiry ticket for the order in question by going to the 'find orders' page and looking up a customer by last name.

Accounting/Reporting Information

 
Q. What is your refund policy?

A. We cannot refund money for agent orders once we have sent out a batch to the publishers. Since we remit money to publishers and payment centers for those orders and cannot get it back after the order is placed, we are unable to refund the subscription. If you cancel an order before we send our weekly batches out on Sundays and Tuesdays, you will be refunded in full. If an error occurs by our actions, we will gladly refund or credit your remit cost.

Q. Where is a complete list of all the magazines offered and their cost?

A. You will be emailed this list once you have been accepted into the program. You can also view the list online in our Agent section. You can view our list of titles before joining.

Q. Is there a minimum amount of funds that I have to keep in my account?

A. There are no minimums required. You can fund your account whenever you'd like (limit of one deposit per day).
